Jharkhand Police is going to recruit new candidates on the various posts so it is going to conduct a written examination. Application forms for this examination, has been invited from the candidates recently. Now the candidates must know the complete syllabus for the written exam. Candidates have to note syllabus and prepare note according to the syllabus. There will be huge competition in this exam for various posts; candidates have to work hard on their weak point. They must also work for their physical test.

We have mentioned here the complete syllabus for Police Exam. Now it is up to the candidates, how they perform in the tests.
Jharkhand Police Exam Pattern:
In this exam there will be two round Preliminary and Mains. To enter in the mains exam candidates need to qualify in pre exam.

In pre exam there will be two papers which are mentioned below. There will be total 40 marks for both papers. There will be 2 hour timing to solve each paper.
Paper I: General Studies (200 Questions)
Paper II: General Studies (200 Questions)
History, Geography, Science & Technology, Economic Events, Indian Constitution and Governance, Environmental Issues, Disaster Management Policy, National and International Events
Hindi and English Comprehension based questions, Decision Making and Problem Solving questions, General mental Ability, Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability and basic Numeracy etc.
Mains Exam Pattern:
In the main exam there will be six papers of 900 Marks.
General Hindi and General English (High School Standard) 100 Marks
Language and Literature (Out of the 9 Languages as specified for this- Hindi/ English/ Urdu/ Bangla/ Oriya and Sanskrit respectively) 100 Marks
General Studies (as per the syllabus of Paper I) 200 Marks
General Studies Paper II (Indian Constitution/ Polity/ Good Governance) 200 Marks
General Studies (General Science /Environmental & Technology Development) 200 Marks etc
Selected candidates will enter in the interview will be held for the 100 marks.
